Minky Muffins Lands in All Chicago Foxtrot Stores

Big news, Minky Muffins just hit the shelves at all six Chicago Foxtrot locations! You can now grab our blueberry mini muffins in Old Town, Gold Coast, Fulton Market, River North, and Wicker Park (two spots, including a brand-new one that opened today). How’d this happen? It’s a bit random. Someone from grade school slid into my Instagram DMs, saying I should get these muffins into Foxtrot. I thought, “Sure, that’d be cool,” but didn’t expect much. Then they dropped the contact info for the right Foxtrot person and nudged me to reach out, why not shoot my shot?

I sent some samples their way, then forgot about it over the holiday chaos. Cue an email that made me blink twice: Foxtrot wanted Minky Muffins in every Chicago store! I was floored, not only had I forgotten we'd sent the samples, but landing all six spots was an awesome surprise.

This feels big for two reasons. First, Chicago’s home, tons of our fans are local friends and family, so launching where folks already know us boosts our odds of moving these healthy snacks off shelves. Second, Foxtrot’s all about spotlighting emerging brands like ours, putting our better-for-you mini muffins next to other cool startups.
