
Getting Ready for Launch!

Sometimes, you need to hit the reset button.
That’s exactly what happened when I quit working with my manufacturer and took the dough into my own hands.
In retrospect, I saw the flags and I should’ve acted earlier.
The truth is that I was nervous to take on production myself.
It had been months since I made the muffins in my home kitchen.
And the formula had drastically changed since then.
There were some ingredients that I didn’t have on hand to bake a batch at home.
But the reality is that I was getting too far from my product.
And I was relying too heavily on someone else to execute my product vision.
Someone who didn’t have the same quality standards or grasp of the brand’s mission as I do.
So, when I reached my breaking point, I didn’t hesitate to cut ties.
Now, within the past week I’ve been able to understand more about my product than I have in months.
The best part, I’m able to move SO much faster!
I’m getting into a groove in the kitchen.
I'm making batches twice a week.
And I’m walking out of the kitchen with fresh bags of Minky Muffins.
I was able to bring samples to a networking event on Monday for the first time ever.
I’m bringing more samples to an event tomorrow.
There are bags sitting next to me right now.
That brings me to some very exciting news…
Something we’ve been waiting a long time for.
We are finally going to launch!!!
Yep, I said it.
It’s hard to believe, right?
I’ve been talking about these muffins for quite awhile.
So, it's about time!
